I have attached two documents, the schedule of events for the weekend, and the sign-up sheet for the dinner on the evening of September 26. A copy of the sign-up sheet and a return envelope will be included with the September-October Petal Pusher.

May I encourage you to sign up early and return the form to Martham with your check? It is important for us to get a handle on the number of people attending the Banquet in order to finalize arrangements with the restaurant.

May I also encourage the Chapter Representatives to make copies of the schedule and the sign-up form and distribute them to members at your chapter meetings in an attempt to get as many people signed up for the Banquet and the weekend.

We are hoping to have at least 100 persons in attendance at the dinner. The price will cause us to just about break even with the restaurant, and we may incur a slight cost to the Society for meals for each of the Saturday speakers and their guest at dinner.
